A bespoke service
We are committed to facilitating your expatriation in London by finding the property that will meet your expectations, but also to provide total support and communication throughout the move helping with every step of your relocation process. This is why we offer you a first interview to discuss your project, understand your needs, advise you and propose to you some search areas that meet your demands and expectations.
1. Flat Share in London
➪ Property search that matches your expectations: the search is carried out through all the London agencies and our contacts.
➪ Arranging a viewing itinerary: we organise a viewing schedule, as well as a debriefing on each area you will visit.
➪ Viewing checklist brochure: we email you the viewing checklist brochure to anticipate the warning signs you should look out for during a viewing.
➪ Negotiate all the rental terms of the lease with the chosen letting agent before a verbal offer is put forward and ensure that the property is secured and removed off the open market for you.
➪ Tenancy administration: we will manage the whole process with the agent for you.
If furnished, we email you the check-in brochure, and review the inventory to ensure everything is in order with the agency.
➪ We will email you a brochure on how to get started in London (advice on the various water/gas/electricity/internet/ TV License/ NHS/ bank account/ council tax contracts).
Fee: £750 incl. VAT
Additional services, à la carte, if required :
➪ Setting up all your utilities: we will contact all the relevant utility companies, gas, electricity, water, TV Licence, NHS, internet, bank account and setting up your local council tax account. £400
➪ Remote and in-person viewings. Fee to be established according to your needs during the first interview.
